Introduction:
 
The fully hardened screw is developed to overcome the rapid failure of the screw in the severe working conditions of super wear and high corrosion plastics. Various kinds of tool steels with different properties are selected. Through the efficient and stable heat treatment process, the screw can obtain the wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties in an all-round way, and the service life of the screw can be extended by many times.
