Introduction:
 
The screw adopts the design concept of variable pitch, variable fit clearance, fine hydrodynamics calculation, etc. to make the materials cut, mixed and compressed more softly in the screw conveying process, which is closer to the actual production needs.

Process parameters:
 
The screw is made of high-quality 38CrMoAlA or 1.8550 forging material. After quenching and tempering hv290-320, the surface is plasma hardfacing nickel base alloy. The thickness of alloy is ≥ 1.7mm, the hardness is hrc58. After finishing, Nitrex nitriding furnace is used for overall nitriding, the nitriding depth is 0.5-0.7mm, the hardness is hv860-980, and the metallographic structure is above grade 2.
